Welcome to Celebrating the Challenges 2013
Celebrating the Challenges is the annual conference put on by the Special Education Council of the Alberta Teachers' Association. It is one of the largest educational conferences in Alberta, with approximately 1000 delgates attending every year. The topics presented at this Conference seek to address the needs of children in a holistic approach – supporting and enriching the whole student.
Celebrating the Challenges typically draws delegates from all groups of professionals that interact with students - teachers, support staff, school and district administration, psychologists, specialists and others.
The conference is held at the beautiful Delta Lodge at Kananaskis. Take in the sights, sounds and feel that the relaxing atmosphere that the Rocky Mountains can create!
